WHO WE ARE

  • Pam: Struggled with weight, hormones, body image and disordered eating as a child well into adulthood. In efforts to better understand the body and help others in similar struggles became a wellness coach and author.

 

  • Jason: Supportive husband, father, and entrepreneur. Experienced his own set of struggles growing up including being bullied. 

 

 

Our health and wellness as a family is important to us. Our mission is to share our journey while encouraging families all over the world prioritize wellness in a fun and simple way!
